She is the creator of both The Aroma Heal Method and The Diamond Method, two signature approaches she uses to guide clients through profound emotional and energetic healing.
With over 15 years in practice, Christi has helped hundreds of women move through the weight of grief, trauma, and loss to step into lives filled with thriving relationships, restored vitality, and purpose-driven success. Her work is known for creating shifts not only in the heart, but in health, intimacy, and legacy.
A gifted speaker and teacher, Christi has traveled the country on book tours and stages, sharing her healing techniques with audiences ready to go beyond surface-level solutions. She has co-authored several books and continues to write about crucial topics every woman needs.
As a trauma-informed healer, she brings exquisite intuition and grounded wisdom to every session and retreat. She now lives on a stunning expanse of land at Healing Acres, the private retreat center she co-founded with her husband and soulmate, Rick Diamond. Together, they host transformative retreats for women, men, and couples who are ready to heal deeply, love fully, and live with spiritual alignment and impact.

Formerly a Director at Marriage Bootcamp, Rick has spent years training teams in leadership, communication, and emotional mastery.
With multiple certifications and real-world wisdom, Rick specializes in guiding men to confront their inner walls, rediscover their worth, and awaken the warrior within. His coaching helps men lead themselves first, so they can lead their families, love their wives well, and live with purpose.
He’s been on stage countless times facilitating transformational workshops and intensives that have impacted hundreds. His approach is bold, direct, and deeply grounded in truth.
A devoted father of four, Rick left corporate America to pursue a mission of healing, growth, and connection. He’s traveled the U.S. with his family, making friends everywhere he goes and bringing light-hearted energy wherever he lands. As a true extrovert and deeply grounded man of faith, Rick now leads The Guardians Men’s Movement and co-facilitates life-changing couples retreats at Healing Acres with his wife and partner in purpose, Christi Diamond.

María Elena Olson is a passionate advocate for feminine, heart-centered leadership. As a powerful facilitator and mentor, she helps women lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence by staying rooted in their authentic selves.
She serves as the Leadership Liaison for Serenity Circles with The Healing Coach, where she plays a key role in expanding the message of feminine wholeness, influence, and inner strength. María Elena brings deep presence and wisdom to every space she leads.
She is also a devoted wife and mother of five. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and podcasts, reading to deepen her understanding of the world, and exploring nature through hiking and backpacking with her children and friends.
María Elena has a deep love for indigenous cultures and often weaves their wisdom into her work. She is passionate about honoring tradition while guiding women into a more empowered and connected way of living and leading.
